Across 51,435 completed visits, 63.1% of households approved the repair — and the price of that repair did not predict the answer. A washing machine repair and a dryer repair cost within three dollars of each other at the median, yet dryers are approved at 79.5% and washers at 59.0%.

From the same operation, measured on the 63,970 of these jobs that carry both a request date and a scheduled date: 23.3% were booked the same day the customer called, 57.4% same day or the next business day, and 87.0% within five business days. Saturday requests reach 33.3% same-day, the strongest day of the week.
