Bozmanfix works with experienced appliance techs as independent contractors across Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Philadelphia and Texas. We bring the customers, book the appointments and handle the invoicing. You do the repairs: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers and ice makers.
How you get paid
You earn a commission on every job you complete. No hourly rate, no cap: the more jobs you take, the more you make.
Your commission and your payout schedule are agreed in writing before your first job, so nothing is a surprise later. We never charge you for the jobs we send you.

Questions techs ask us
How much do you pay?
You get a commission on every job you complete, not an hourly wage. We agree the exact commission and the payout schedule with you on the call and put it in writing before your first job.
Who sets the price of the repair?
You do, on site, once you have diagnosed the appliance. We confirm the service call fee with the customer when we book, so the visit itself is never a surprise to them.
How many jobs can I get?
Up to 5 jobs a day in busy areas. Over the last two months our active techs completed 2,212 jobs across 287 cities and towns.
How is the work set up?
You work with us as an independent contractor and invoice as your own business. We agree the days and hours you are available up front, and we book customers into those windows.
Do I have to take every job?
We set your schedule together in advance, so the days you are on are days customers are counting on you. If a job is outside your radius or your appliance types, tell us and we route it to another tech. If your availability changes, let us know before we book the week, not on the day.
Do I need to find my own customers?
No. We spend the money on advertising and answer the phones in the markets where we run ads. You do the repairs.
How fast can I start?
After the call and the background check, onboarding takes a couple of days. Techs with tools and a vehicle are usually working within the same week.
