What happens after you book
The form above is the whole booking. You pick the appliance, tell us what it does, choose a window, and we take it from there.
- Dispatch calls you back to confirm the address and the arrival window. You get a set window, not a whole day.
- A technician arrives with the common parts for your brand already in the van, so most jobs finish on that first visit.
- He tests the machine before quoting anything: power at the outlet, the part that failed, and the ones around it.
- You get the price in writing. Nothing is opened, ordered or replaced until you say yes.
- The repair is done, the machine is run through a full cycle, and the work is covered for 90 days on parts and labor.
What the $99 diagnostic covers
The $99 pays for the drive out and a full set of tests with real equipment. When you approve the repair, that $99 comes straight off the bill, so you are not paying twice for the same visit.
What you get for it, whatever you decide afterwards: the fault named, the part identified, the repair price in writing, and the cost of a new machine set next to it. That is enough to decide with, and it is yours to keep.

What we work on
Refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, cooktops, ice makers, microwaves and range hoods. Gas and electric, freestanding and built-in.
Brands: Whirlpool, Samsung, GE, LG, Frigidaire, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Amana, Electrolux — and the premium lines, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele and JennAir, which our techs carry maker training for. If you own one of those, see what premium repair actually costs before you book.
Where we come
Atlanta GA, Tampa FL, Jacksonville FL, Miami FL, Charlotte NC, Philadelphia PA, Dallas TX and Houston TX, plus the suburbs around each. Check your ZIP on the service area page if you are on the edge of a metro, or call and dispatch will tell you in a minute.
Same-day slots open every morning and fill through the day. Book early and you have the best chance of one today; book later and you are usually looking at tomorrow.
What to have ready when the tech arrives
Three things make the visit faster and the quote firmer. The model and serial number, usually on a sticker inside the door, behind the kick plate, or on the back panel. A clear path to the machine, since a fridge or a washer has to come out from the wall to be worked on. And whoever noticed the fault, because the person who heard the noise or read the error code saves the tech twenty minutes of guessing.
If the appliance threw an error code, write it down before you clear it. Codes are how the machine tells us which sensor or board is unhappy, and half of them vanish once the power is cycled.
If the machine is still under warranty
Check the paperwork before you book. Most new appliances carry a year on parts and labor from the maker, and longer on the big parts: five years on a sealed cooling system is common, and some brands cover a compressor or a motor for ten. A repair done outside those terms can end the cover, so if the unit is young it is worth one phone call to the maker first.
If the warranty has run out, or the fault is not the kind the maker covers, we fit genuine parts and follow the maker's own repair steps, which keeps the rest of the cover intact. Bring the paperwork to the visit and the tech will tell you which parts of it still apply.
Questions people ask before booking
Do I pay anything if I decide not to repair?
You pay the $99 for the visit and the tests, and you keep the written diagnosis and the quote. Approve the repair and that $99 comes off the total.
Will the tech have the part with him?
Usually. The vans carry the parts that fail most often on the big brands, which is why most repairs finish on the first visit. An unusual part gets ordered and we book the return when we know the date.
How long does a visit take?
Most repairs run one to two hours from the door to a working machine. A sealed system on a fridge, or a full motor job on a premium range, takes longer and we tell you that before starting.
What if the same fault comes back?
Every repair carries 90 days on parts and labor. If it returns inside that window, we come back and the visit costs you nothing.
Is it worth fixing an old machine?
That is arithmetic, and we do it out loud. The tech puts the repair price next to the price of a comparable new unit and tells you how many years the machine has left. You pick with both numbers in front of you.
