Two of these are worth noting when you book. For 4C: tell us whether both taps are fully open and whether the fill hose is kinked; the small filter screens where the hoses meet the machine clog with scale in hard water. For UB or UR: tell us whether the machine is level and what was in the load, since one soaked rug or a single bath mat can trip it.
What a code does do well is tell a technician where to start, which is why writing it down exactly as displayed, and noting whether it clears on a power cycle and how quickly it returns, is worth a minute of your time.
Front Loaders and the Door Boot
Most Samsung washers we see are front loaders, and they have one component top loaders do not: the rubber boot seal around the door. It sits at the lowest point of the opening, collects water and detergent residue, and fails from staying damp rather than from mechanical wear.
